About Susan DeCurtis-Bower

Dana and Laura were amazing to work with! We could not have asked for a more seamless and easy buying experience, thanks to them and their team!

Dana was our agent for the sale of our old home as well as the purchase of our new one. The sale was relatively fast and painless, thanks to Dana's dedication and attention. She priced the home well, helped stage it, and took some of the pain out of showings and open houses by being there to help in every way, any time we needed!

Jennifer was a delight to work with - upbeat, positive, informed, dedicated, responsible, and professional. She has a way of being very affirming and calming. She is extremely enthusiastic and was a great comfort to me during the showings and sale of the house where I had lived for 32 years. I would recommend her highly to anyone who needs any kind of Real Estate assistance.

Laura and Dana Caterson are the best! They know the market, they are highly successful, significant knowledge and wisdom, high performing team that supports their client throughout the entire process. Laura and Dana Rock!

Another star is needed for "Superb." Laura and Dana have made the professional agents used in past home purchases/sales, all of whom served us very well, look like rank amateurs. Their research and pricing plan were incredibly professional, and I maintain they facilitated getting top dollar for our home and selling in record time. Their search for a home that had to meet our requirements was smart, organized, and extensive, even in a long holiday market pause. They were a great team to work with. They are tireless, and the time of day or day of the week did not slow them down. They listen well and respond with well-thought-out recommendations. What ...

Laura was very helpful, along with her real estate partner, Dana. Beginning with the staging of the house for photos, all the way to closing, things were relatively smooth. She was also very helpful in connecting me with someone who could remove all the items in the house.

Laura Caterson and Dana Zancewicz have assisted with the rental of our home for 7 years prior to our sale of our home in September 2019. Laura and Dana are both very professional and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process of renting and the sale of our home. Dana and Laura were always very responsive and always had our interests first. As soon as we decided to sell our home, Dana quickly went to work to stage our house. The house sold in less than 2 weeks. We highly recommend Laura and Dana for the sale, purchase, or rental of your home. You cannot go wrong!! We have truly enjoyed working with Laura and Dana all these years.

We had the good fortune of working with Dana and Laura over the last year. Broadly speaking, they offer a wonderful combination of the best characteristics of all of the agents we have met since we first entered the housing market. Knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy, cordial, incredibly thoughtful, as well as responsive. We 100% believe that Dana and Laura are looking out for our own best interests. My wife and I would recommend Dana and Laura without hesitation to anyone looking to purchase a home or sell theirs.

Laura and her team were wonderful to work with. In a difficult market with lots of variables, she and her team helped us negotiate a solid deal for the sale of our home.

Dana and Laura were fantastic. They are a well-oiled machine, from marketing to negotiation to making sure that the sale gets to the finish line. I would highly recommend their team to any friend or family member to sell or buy a house.
